No and they are not going to make it public. Imagine that you sell frying pans and you discovered that a company by the name of Dupont will sell Teflon to anyone that wants it. You are simply going to add it your pans and sell as many as you can to get your slippery non stick pans on the market. You would not say, hey look anyone that wants to add this to your pans can also have nonstick pans just like ours just call Dupont.

X. The only partnerships that I see going public would be a foundry that Lightwave approached and paid. I do not see a foundry that was directed by an amazon or Facebook to work with lightwave going public.
The foundry that Lightwave paid though could do a Joint Presser stating that they have PDKs available that can be added to anyones devices.

To date Lightwave has said no to any exclusive deals but I think eventually one will happen with something like say in the medical devices or lidar arena. That would be made public.
