I challenge your list, and maintain the stock is highly overvalued for what the market knows. Xena, sorry no links on this. This is between Proto and me and she knows where the infor is from.

1) Lebby has been working with at least 7 Foundries since 2021 which is over 2 years (cycle times avg 6-9 months) and PDK's front and back end are virtually complete now, these Foundries are now running PRODUCTION TRIALS!!!

7 was never claimed. It's a lie. 5 was claimed, and when questioned at ASM he wouldn't confirm, but said some are better than others and "I'll be honest" - which is a red flag - and then said they are slaves to the foundry timelines. There's that "virtually" word again. We have NO IDEA how close they are on the PDKS, but we can reasonably assume not one is completed. Why not? We don't know. "Production trials"..sounds good but we don't know what that means either until he tells us. Foundries are very slow. Very slow, and we have no idea how excited they are about what Lightwave is doing. Goal was to at least NAME a foundry -- not anymore. That was dropped.

2) Lebby has told investors there are GREATER THAN 5 LEAD CUSTOMERS and there is END USER PULL, this is the Hyperscalers, AMZN, GOOD, etc

END USER PULL - we have no context for how specific that is to Lightwave..sure maybe they like it when Dr Lebby tells them they can boost speed while lowering power, but they may be as skeptical as Andy is. 5 lead customers -- give some names..no way to judge how interested they really are or how important they really are.

3) Lebby's Timeline calls for Customer Acceptance and Ramp in 2024

His ability to meet his own timelines has been horrible. Deal by 5/22? Nope. By 5/23? Nope IMO - it was Polariton, who hasn't even ordered any perk by June 30..That's a sign of little market demand. His timeliness are based on more hoping and crossing of fingers. No PDK, NO ALD results, No Lifetime results, no claim of scaling or production capacity, no naming of a foundry, no validation they can produce anything at scale.

4) LWLG just EXPANDED it's LABS almost DOUBLING it's space and adding 11 new Scientists and Engineers to prepare for the RAMP in 2024

Your best argument - funny KCC thinks it is to produce and sell in volume stand alone modulators -- but since they have given us a whole list of what it is for, we can assume several will be for perk production to send to Polariton for their small niche orders, a few for R&D on some other things to distract investors, several or most for the stand alones, and then a few left over for continuing the testing for devices not yet proven to be scalable back from foundries....I expect lots of confusion over what they are doing 6-9 months out from now.

5) JM has masterfully added another 33% to the Cash available for the RAMP in Production in 2024 as well as the ongoing BUDGET FOR OPS, there is $33M which could fund the Budget well into 2025, but the real reason for the Cash build if to FUND THE PRODUCTION RAMP in 2024!!!

They've had plenty of cash and managed to burn through it year after year. I expect the same..the slight increase isn't going to make them ubiquitous. The reason we've never gotten a huge cash infusion from a REAL company is there isn't enough evidence that the return on investment will happen.

6) There is ZERO DEBT

Thanks to Lincoln and naive retail shareholders who have bought the 'story' since 2007. The company has done a GREAT job of stringing investors along.

7) Lebby is the UNDISPUTED TOP LUMINARY in the Industry

His head IS shaped like a light bulb.

8) LWLG Polymers now showing up in White Papers as the SOLUTION for Intel/Ayars MRR technology that has temperature control critical issues solved by LWLG Polymers, Global Foundries is shown to be working with them on commercializing this technology

One white paper among how many? Hundreds? How many OTHER 'creative' solutions are being persued by all the foundries in the world? You think this one white paper puts Lightwave at the Top of the List? It doesn't even mention perkamine! Could be some other..but again plenty of competition out there..there industry would LOVE to continue to enhance what they've got and there are plenty of companies working on that that they would prefer to partner with.

9) "the gloves came off at the OFC 2022 where everyone was for the first time OPENLY discussing LWLG's Polymers as the true Next-Gen Solution!!

The fact that it happened only 1 year ago just shows how far away it is for adoption if it ever happens. It's a POSITIVE, but geez, it's like a kid thinking because he's been drafted for a single A farm club, he's going to become a future hall-of-famer.

10) Lebby has NOT backed off one iota on the goal of having LWLG Polymers Ubiquitous!!

Why should he? It's a nice sounding goal to have.
