The three industries are nascent and dominating players >$1b have yet to be identified. GS probably has an investment banking team aware or looking for deals for him. Many VC's have invested heavily in these industries already and are most likely coming up on their typical 3-5 year exit requirements. GS could offer them such an exit with the strategy I laid out earlier on this board.

Essentially FORW and its subs (GVSI, SRNW, WNFT) could become a point of both exit for some VC's and entry for others that missed the boat the first time around. Retail and institutional investors would also benefit.

Frankly, the catalyst everyone is waiting for is the SEC endorsement of Blackrock's recent application for a Bitcoin ETF.
