The shorts guessed wrong once again they thought that the 10-K would reveal that Lightwave would need additional money for next year which would require them to work a deal with an institutional investor and some shorts could cover there, Oops Lightwave has Cash in the Bank to operate until 2025

What a nonsense, everyone knows that they have a shelf of 100 million they can tap in. Sell up to worth 100 million $ of shares to lincoln. That is the credit line!
And what does lincoln? well thnx to lwlg they own the shares and can do whatever they want with it.
Sell it shorters, market makers and other manipulators.
