The issue with your approach and also your opposition is that nobody has specific evidence of either outcome. These are like SPACs - we are investing in something high risk in the hopes that there is some merger coming.
There are some positive signs recently:
1. GS completed SRNW cancellations on time. He has not given up on the shell. He would not be expending so much effort on SRNW shell unless he had the *intent* to find a merging company.
2. Legal document mentioned there is a pending acquisition of SRNW assets. The only asset I can see that it has is its preferred shares. A company buying SRNW preferred shares means a reverse merger.
In the past, I've read you say re. #1 that "George is dumping on us" - that's a dangerous thing to claim without any evidence. Barring some evidence, I'm not sure why you are so convinced in your guarantee of no reverse merger for SRNW.
