We are on the same side, my friend, so please don't misunderstand me - but I really don't think LP has some sort of master plan to trap the shorts. She likely has her hands full getting the MAA application across the line.

I think once that happens the shorts problem will take care of itself. But I don't think there's any kind of grand scheme to deal with them (other than nature taking its course once we get approval). Winning the lawsuit would also be nice...
