If we accept what you're saying is true, any Dr. worth their salt knows what happens with previously approved other therapeutics that failed in GBM before are added with DCVax-L. The SOC is improved by ten times or better, 5% survival at 5 years to over 50%, but only when used with DCVax-L.

The approval that DCVax-L gets may not say it should be used with one or more of these drugs, but it would be malpractice if they failed to do it.
