It’s not only taking restricted shares but no one on XCRT’s Board or Advisory Board takes a salary or puts a drain on the cash flow because THEY are looking long term.

They’ve also funded these acquisitions and the translation to Swahili and patent filings….and and and the list goes on.

They know what they own. $200,000 worth of restricted stock for that ESN acquisition and cash. Where do you see that in OTC?

Nowhere but you do on NASDAQ.
