There is a difference between Director of sales, director of operations and director of sales/operations.

Director of sales operations ensures that systems are in place for the Sales team to hit their goals.

Additionally they don’t need a director of operations for a 2000 sq operation that drop ships most their product.

I think it’s fine they are running a nimble team.

Don’t come at me with your rebuttals like you’ve been right. I was pointing out the fact their Director of SALES moved on. Get over yourself.
