wanna... I do not know the inside

of the deal... and I am not going to take anything personally
regarding the business negotiations...

my guess is that JR and Alex had a deal set... and JR thought it was written in stone,

then Alex either sought or got another offer with slightly better numbers... lower % control, & tad higher $/share...

which appealed to him enough to dump USSE! or he was waffling on JR while seeking the better deal and JR knew he was being played... so JR kept saying the deal was "dead" and kept the info on the USSE website to annoy Alex!

It is currently to the benefit of Alex, ACMG, & shareholders if it works out well in the end. We will never know what might have been... and maybe someday there might yet be an alliance between the two in the polymers & plastics arena.

I think both are survivors and markets to seek! The price of stock is going to bounce around, but failing or falling to zero is no longer probable for either ACMG or USSE.

Buy now and hold two years... you will take profits to the bank!
