WHY POTENTIAL SHAREHOLDERS NEED TO AVOID DBMM
THE REAL FACTS:
- DBMM was suspended for failure to file for 2 years and is trading on the grey "Expert" (non-public) market with a skull and crossbones!
- It is facing a hearing for complete REVOCATION shortly!
- No stock has ever avoided revocation after being suspended for failing to file... even if they catch up on filings!
- Read the below passage from the SEC on 10/23/19, DBMM is not long for this world: States SEC attorney's conclusion.

-DBMM was put on the Gray Market with a Caveat Emptor. (What Is a Gray Market? A gray market is an unofficial market for financial securities. In jolly old England we say Grey.) Same person posting this said #DBMM could only be sold by US brokers, none would allow to buy at the time, so do sell your shares. They are worthless. Also said it would never trade in the US ever again. 100% WRONG...... strike 1
-It is facing a hearing for complete REVOCATION shortly! (Fingers were crossed that #DBMM would get revoked.)
As it turns out, CASE DISMISSED! 100% WRONG again....... swing and a miss, strike 2
