WHY??? XERI owns no XTI stock at this point in time. XERI won't receive those shares until the XERI/XTI JV is terminated which may NEVER occur. Why has Duffy not worked to procure these shares on a JV that supposedly completed the objective to complete the Preliminary Design.

WHEREAS- XERIANT and XTI desire to create a joint venture (theJV) to advance the design and development of the aircraft, more SPECIFICALLY to complete the preliminary design of the Aircraft.
