Trying to audit Miro’s shenanigans over the past few years would be an exercise in futility.

Yes, the auditors would need to do some serious forensic accounting in order to build realistic historical financials in preparation of a HIRU audit.

Shares in and out like they were Skittles. Family, friends, consultants, toxic lenders… you get the picture.

HIRU won’t be audited anytime soon.
