Unclear when the settlement conference will be held. The March 29 date that gio mentioned was for last year's order.


2. Settlement Conference. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636 and the Court’s
March 29, 2006 Order, this matter has previously been referred to Magistrate Judge Thynge for
the purposes of exploring the possibility of a settlement.
