Bad data: “Paper” numbers like net loss described in Update. Not a debt, not a liability. Point in time . Irrelevant. Depress the pps and have derivative liabilities , also a paper number. It goes on and on. Loans are LTIs- cashflow financing. Paid out of future growth revenues. Blah-blah-blah.
