That's a lot of recipes, it's late, I browsed quickly. I'm 50/50 on the first link. I was surprised to see mint. I associate mint with greek flavors, and Indian. I love mint.

The second link looks great. I'll take an order of the octopus! I've never cooked octopus, but I love to eat it. I'd try everything in that link.

The eggplant in dishes in both links look great, and very different from each other. I love eggplant in both Italian and Asian dishes.
