If Offor gets a deal done it’s all but guaranteed that the common shareholders will be locked out. There’s a snowballs chance in hades that money will end up in ERHE’s accounts. For all anyone knows ERHC-BVI encumbered or sold the assets years ago. The best you can hope for is a pop in the share price when news is announced and that you can get out then before the reality sinks in.
