That scenario is quite possible but also sounds very criminal ! But there must be a multitude of rules in place to protect investors from these kinds of shenanigans . We should not lose sight of who we are dealing with. Ntephe will no doubt be rethinking his choice of residence in Texas if this apparent huge scam begins to have its wheels come off !
Don't forget its about pressuring Ntephe to submit the financial documents to the SSC and the ERHC investors ! So come on Ntephe do your job, the jig is up !!
