scam is a poor term to describe what is happening on the otc used by the less intelligent- or intellectually dishonest. although there are pinkies that go public with bad intentions, most pinkies go public to raise money to try and either get a business idea going or expand their current business. the money raising is what drives the pps down eventually in most cases, especially if the business venture fails.
that is why i always advise anyone who asks- buy and sell pinky stocks according.

the term pumper should be used for those actually pumping stocks. paid or otherwise. in most cases pumper is a poor description used to describe persons who trade pinkies used by the less intelligent- or intellectually dishonest.
