Knowledgeable longs know the value of L and Direct as tissue agnostic and the decreased manufacturing cost and decreased medical costs associated with Direct as does Linda Powers and the rest of NWBO management. Management still has the ability to pull 20% of all outstanding shares into their pockets which of course helps protect against a hostile takeover and is just one reason why more shares have not been accumulated by any suitor, at least directly, because Linda could dilute them immediately. No vote would be needed and investors from that company would feel the downdraft and not be happy. Most long term longs will vote with Linda when she finally reveals her plan for extricating the intrinsic value of this platform after first making sure it is going to get to patients. Best wishes.
