Not at all absurd for GBM. They already have the familiarity built in at many sites throughout the US, Canada, UK and Germany. Tight knit group of neuro oncologists and treating hospitals. The U.K. has immediate funding available to patients and Canada has a reciprocal agreement in place with the U.K. for approved treatments. Kristyn Powers is the NWBO rep needed for Canada so set up is through her. Dr. Bosch I believe has his residence not far from Germany so that angle is or will be covered when needed.
There will he demand that comes quickly from off label self payers even perhaps before being determined to be SOC. Best wishes.
