Based on what Lykiri shared with this board, Dr. Mark Lowdell expounded on this and indicated that agreements had not yet been reached by regulators and industry. That’s about as close to an update as we are likely to get but it would be nice if a regulator would say they are sorry for holding things up just like they held up ECA guidance so that a journal could not get on board when data was shared on May 10, 2022.
Just because regulators are working side by side does not mean regulators can work at the same pace because of all the various folks involved making the changes. NWBO is a monarchy compared to the democratic process the regulators take. One declaration of the monarch can be done almost instantly. One change by representative government might take years.
