That fiduciary duty requires a plan to benefit shareholders. The details of that plan are not required to be revealed so others can work against it. Wait for the plan. In the mean time the plan is to get to submissions and approvals and get past being a pre commercial revenue company. Get government out of the way of patient choice once safety was determined and we would have already been a much Bigger revenue company ; ). Best wishes.
