If they unloaded millions of shares, provided there was enough volume, it would have tanked the stock price. I am not sure what the big deal is about their holdings. They are all acquired/awarded/granted, not purchased. The CEO awarded himself a little under a million dollars for 2021 and 2022 for the fantastic performance. Later people will celebrate when the conversion happens and form 4's are filed as if it's a positive thing.

It's not liquid for them to sell millions, the only way they will make money is if someone writes them a check for the assets. Good for the private companies, if any of the science is real and has value, and TSOI shareholders will be left with scraps.
