This is mildly interesting:

SEC Charges RSE Markets Inc. for Operating an Unregistered Securities Exchange

They seem not to have harmed anyone, but the SEC doesn't like unregistered exchanges. But it's remarkable that it never occurred to them that calling it a "stock exchange" would attract the interest of the SEC.
