Inside. Further, if there are delays, it’s not all on NWBO’s books. Meanwhile, NWBO owns the asset of a factory that has been built and developed for it. It can terminate at any time including if sold, and that asset is monetizable and can even be sold if a large acquirer had its own factory.

Total BS.

Advent has a long term lease (good for as long as NWBO has the lease from Huwei) on the GMP facility. NWBO cannot cancel that.

NWBO has paid over $17M to improve the space Advent rents for $145k.year.

NWBO has no rights on that space other than to receive the rent payment. And that includes the Phase 1B expansion in process.

Using a contract manufacturer can be a good way to preserve capital as a startup. But when doing so you don't spend 10's millions to build the manufacturer's facility for them.

And you can forget the crap about some secret contract that gives NWBO rights to use the space. Any such material related party contract is a mandatory disclosure and we have not seen it.
