There’s a billion dollars of secured debt that will have to be addressed before shareholders would see anything, and at best that becomes the new equity ownership of the company, wiping the current equity (the stock) aside.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
