Time will tell…a short time too. There are multiple bidders. Way crazier things have happened than a $700M revenue business being bid up by competitors wanting to be bigger in the space. In this case a business with a lot of upside. Still a big risk. There is Potential though.

You mean the FAQ's they published when they entered bankruptcy? When they didn't know where they were headed?
Now they do. There isn't a snowball's chance in hades they'll get a bid that will cover all the debt and have leftovers for the current common shareholders. That's why the plan says to cancel the stock.

At the end of the day why do you care. I don't care about making other peoples money for them. They should not be trading if the are not aware of there surroundings. We learned that when we were kids. I agree pumpers and bashers should both be locked up. If you don't do your own homework then you shouldn't be market.
