Do any of them know that three shots of DCVax-L can trigger long time anti-tumor immune response? Do any of them have GBM patients who received treatment from them and are still alive after five years?

Is FDA negative response the last hope that shorts expect to free them from the trap? For the longs, approval already happened. What is going to happen in reality is just a formality. We cast our eyes much farther into the future.

Have you read the story about Joels and Owain. Why did Professor Ashkan have the confidence that three shots are enough? Any idea about how long dendritic cells can live?

From the time the dendritic cells reach lymph nodes, they can live from a few days up to maximum one week. Three shots of DCVax-L are administered within 28 days. In Owain's case, several months (four months as I recall) after the treatment, which means the original dendritic cells loaded with tumor antigen were all gone, yet Owein's tumor was still shrinking. You do know what that means, don't you?
