As long as your friends tumor is being properly preserved, I believe the benefits of DCVax-L will be available in time to be of benefit. Certainly the sooner the better, but even a year from today could prove to be highly beneficial. As I understand it a number of the cross-over patients did well, and that was without the other therapeutics we know would greatly enhance their chances. I'd fight to get it sooner, but if that's not possible it may still very well be in time. Keep up the faith.
