It is impossible to judge the trend of a company by looking at an isolated data point in a vacuum.
My microeconomics professor back in the day would have said as much.

Companies which comprise the market are as dynamic as the market itself. So the market is forward looking and trends are not found looking in the rear view mirror.

Credibility and clarity demand intellectual honesty.

Ignoring paradigm changing catalysts only emphasizes the euphemism “ garbage in garbage out”.

CEO Kelly Whelan connected a few data points that point out and highlighted the falsity of proclamations of “ RecoveryRX does not, can not or will not meet the requirements of the No Pain Law “

To paraphrase.. A published paper will be produced by a well respected medical investigator based on the pilot studies now under way and due to be completed next year by Dr. Brian Ilfeld of the University of SanDiego which thereby qualifies RecoveryRX under the guidelines of the No Pain Act.

Why has this not been factored into the equation?

Ya think the microelectronics professor might factor this sea change development in ?

Ya that qualifies as a positive trend?

Uh..yeah.
