On a side note and one the reasons I am taking another shot here..

$VORBQ has/had $243m in assets vs. 153m in debt, which is a $90m surplus.

Sir Richard Branson (Billionaire) owns a large portion of the outstanding shares. As of the updated filing on June 5th, there was no mention of canceling shares.

I personally do not think he's going to cancel shares and leave the shareholders out to dry. That's not the type of CEO or person he is.

Again, this is my opinion, but one of the reasons I'm going to hold to see what happens.
