We have been pretty sure Christian has never won a case. If he had, that is all we would hear about. Every POS penny stock would be claiming their stock was just like XXX, the Company that Wes Christian proved was being naked shorted.

The story says that Christian claims he works on contingency. I call BS. If he did, and didn't take any money up front, every penny stock would be beating a path to his door to sign up to use the lawsuit, or potential for a lawsuit, to pump the stock. No, the company is paying somebody, and everyone involved is making bank, which is why Christian keeps doing it.
