Regardless of the matter of illegal manipulation of PPS, please see my last Message.

"In other words, since Enzolytics is to act in the capacity as a holding company or parent company of this new Company, to be called Scientific Holdings, then ENZC would be in charge of everything. Scientific Holdings could just be a new Subsidiary of Enzolytics, i.e., be an "extra" benefit of it, and if this/its new Subsidiary succeeds, the PPS of ENZC could potentially skyrocket."
