I understand. But again, my question remains, isn't Enzolytics Inc. supposed to serve in the capacity of a holding company over the whole shebang, the whole SAGA deal? , and if so, it would seem that Enzolytics Inc. would retain majority ownership of it, and hence has majority voting rights & thus can exercise great control over our PPS, which could skyrocket after this deal.

In other words, since Enzolytics is to act in the capacity as a holding company or parent company of this new Company, to be called Scientific Holdings, then ENZC would be in charge of everything. Scientific Holdings could just be a new Subsidiary of Enzolytics, i.e., be an "extra" benefit of it, and if this/its new Subsidiary succeeds, the PPS of ENZC could potentially skyrocket.
