I understand your question & concern. We don't know is the answer. All I'm saying is that there is NO indication, as far as I can see, that CLONE3 is or would or should be excluded from this Deal because CLONE3 falls under the category of being a mAbs Cure, and the PR says the BEGN side of the Deal includes the sale of our mAbs.

We'll just have to wait & see. The HOPEFUL thing is that CC is very pleased with this new development, and I agree that he would not sell himself, or his brother who invented CLONE3, out for mere $450M.
