Then, if this is so, and Enzolytics has the majority ownership of this newly formed company, to be called Scientific Holdings (?), then Enzolytics would have voting control over the Shares, and could exercise a great deal of influence re. the PPS, right? i.e., if illegal manipulation of it, being on OTCQB or NASDAQ, Enzolytics Inc could sue the perpetrators & stop all this shenanigans we are now witnessing with the PPS? Furthermore, aside from the illegal shorting of ENZC issue, we should see, regardless, a significant jump in our PPS, right?
