Just like November and December conversion times, imo it’s to assist the toxic lenders to convert and dump. We’ll see what happens come a month from now when the AS is ‘adjusted’.

AS changes in a month. Conversions happen in September. Just going off of what he just did.



The other possibility is he is able to release great news and get going and being able to repay the loan with internet. But doubtful at this moment. If that were the case I think he would have already gone current knowing revenue or cash will be coming in.

The two outcome possibilities post conversions are reducing the par value and dumping or RS and then dumping. Both will align with news so there is volume to absorb the shares imo.
