Yes I did!....

I said if he BELIEVES we are months away from significant news, then why leave appx 240k shares on the table by selling shares to pay for the 1.60 and associated taxes on the gain form 1.60 to 8?

IF we are indeed close to filing NDA for RETT and subsequent approval then leaving 240k shares on the table could mean a lose of millions....As good as he is managing money, then I don't think he would leave millions of dollars on the table.

If he does exercise and sell shares to cover costs and taxes, then I believe we are quarters away (perhaps 18 months or greater) before we hear any significant news....


IMO, his actions (in regards to the options) will telegraph what to expect for the balance of the year...

Again, it's just my opinion.
