Sure, but the distinction “in the process” was not used in the statement we are quoting. Yes, they contradict each other which is why this is all so discombobulated. What we are discussing is the statement that the MAA must be deemed acceptable prior to the facility inspection. Further clarifying what “in the process” means doesn’t apply because that phrase isn’t part of the statement we are looking at.
I’m not saying a rolling review isn’t in process, it may be. I hope it is, the delay is pretty inexplicable if it isn’t. I’m just saying that the issuance of the MIA is not proof that the MAA was submitted no later than March 20 which is what the original poster I responded to was claiming. Nothing else.
