Not much time, Dr. Missling until July 5th
Yes, the focus has been on July 5th option expiration for 500,000 shares....July 5th $1.60 and I am interested in how many, if any, he decides to hold. He might sell all, but I would think not. The price pressure on the downside reflects the shorts believing he will dump most, if not ALL of them! A low price is really not to his advantage since he would need to sell more shares to pay the taxes due.
What should be in focus after July 5th is the other option strikes going out to the next 2 years and subsequent years:
May 8th 2024...........73,380 struck at $1.32
April 2nd 2025.........500,000 struck at $.92 cents
afterwards...............many nice strikes, too...........but too far out for me to even consider!!!
With all of this coming down the road, Missling has no worries about this expiration although what he decides to do will send a Big Message to existing shareholders!
