While management of this company might have a great future, we shareholders sure don't.

Their treatment of shareholders is truly deplorable and Rosen should be ashamed of his actions--telling us weeks ago in a YouTube broadcast that all looks well with the OTC submission.

Beyond shameful, management's actions raise all kinds of questions about legal issues.
