Dr. Jaigirdar focuses in the review of investigational biologic and combination advanced therapies involving cell and gene therapy in solid tumors. Examples include chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cells, dendritic cells, adoptive T therapies, tumor neoantigen based cell personalized medicine (vaccine or cell therapy), natural killer cells, oncolytic viruses, therapeutic cancer vaccines, and combinations of these immune therapeutics with checkpoint inhibitors and other agents.
