Very simply, we do not want wait any longer to exercise USSEC contract negotiations to start the power division. The ONYI proceedings are underway for final decisions to be made, but there was no reason to delay launch and management of the power sector any further. USSEC has opportunities being presented in several different categories (licensing biofuel at premium sale, power plant integration, transportation and automotive, ethanol plants, and byproduct sales). SPC has specific roles related to securing project financing for power contracts under negotiation, and it was critical to position the new organization asap so we can continue at full force.

It is an exciting time for both USSE and SSTP. Really wish we could name drop about 15 organizations so we could shut the unhealthy critics here up permanently, but can't do that yet as large companies typically don't like announcing their future development projects until it is time.
