Small cap stocks were so out of control going up so high in early 2021. Creating FOMO. In December 2022, the reverse happened. Looks like small stocks today are going up slowly climbing up after being smashed every time. Last week I saw a sign of optimism across the small cap stocks. That is a good sign. Hopefully the inflation number would be less than 3%. That could be good news for small cap stocks and also for NWBO.
