True, however, don't be surprised if some BP wants to forge ahead of the others and have several milestones in close proximity to land the deal. For example, $xM upon entering conference room (aka $3M), $xB upon signing, $xB upon submission, $xB upon approval of GBM, $xB upon agnostic, etc....vs. the same $xxxB's upon approval. Nothing like getting ahead of the line!!

Maybe some BP will take the "gamble". Times are getting desperate if we are not there already.
