So been about a month since last 10Q where we see a 3 million prepayment for securities where terms are still being finalized.

If a simple purchase of securities at a said price I would think the terms and purchase would have been made by now.

What are the possibilities for the delay of finalizing terms? Partnership ? Application Submission?

Do we wait another two months for next 10q to come 0ut to get more detail?

Maybe the $3 million was for tote bags.

Seriously though, with NWBO a long delay does not result in a more compelling outcome than expected.

As always, maybe this quarter will be different.
