OR ENZC may be in negotiations with other partners too, for as far as I know it's just a non-binding contract. At the very least, Enzolytics could be entertaining other partnerships that would benefit us more, in the event this SPAC deal falls thru. Another thing to consider, The SPAC deal gives ENZC more exposure to big investors. Who knows what will happen. But am confident CC is looking out for our Company & Shareholders best interest.
