As long as those over $10,000,000 note loans are on the books, no big money is coming in here to rocket the stock price. That will be the weight that holds this down for quite sometime. In 2022 this company could not repay the $5,000,00 in notes that matured. Now we are well into 2023 with many more notes to be added to that. And then some more in 2024, all totaling over $10,000,000. It's all there in the financials that anyone wanting to invest big money WILL research and see. THAT and those putrid last two quarterly sales. So I don't see any significant rise in price with that weight hanging over this. 20 years and never shown a profit. But one can dream, I guess.

AND there are not enough authorized shares to accommodate all the notes that convert to stock. Can you say ---- BIG RED FLAG
