I was also wondering if the delay is due to filing more paperwork for approval beyond GBM?

This just sets everyone up for a bigger letdown.

NWBO just moves very slowly on everything abs already proved how they can take a couple week process of releasing TLD and turn it into a multi-year process with a much weaker positive impact for shareholders than even their biggest detractors thought they were capable of.

Maybe this time will be different but as with both JA’s etc. longer than reasonable waits do not buy us stellar results that move the SP to a new and permanent trading range. They just buy is longer waits.
